Our guests dine in one of the most beautiful rooms in Hesse. The youthful kitchen team and head chef Oliver Preding prepare superb dishes at the highest level, the wine list displays noble wines from around the world as well as the house wines from the Prince von Hessen’s vineyard. The restaurant is even better in summer when the great terrace is opened and guests enjoy the unique atmosphere overlooking the golf course and the view of the magnificent park.
