Red mullet marinated and glazed with rosemary honey

cold salsa of tomatos with passionfruit and avocado

  

Cappuccino of musket pumpkin with 5 spices

roasted back of a rabbit and prunes

  

Roulade of poussin filled with king oysters

glazed turnips and truffled cream of cellery

  

Soufflé of chocolate and black Nizza olive

glazed cassis figs with caramel and Fleur de Sel
